Spicy glass noodle salad with Mozuku seaweed

Ingredients

  • 50g glass noodles(dry)

  • 1/2 bell pepper

  • 1 Japanese ginger(ginger is ok)

  • 15㎝ celery

  • 100g Seafood Mix

  • some sesame


[A]

  • 2 pack(140g ) Mozuku seaweed (any flavore :sanbai-zu, rice with black vinegar, apple vinegar)

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp num pla

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

Step1


Cut bell pepper, Japanese ginger, and celery into strips. Also chop a few celery leaves for garnish.


Step2


Dip the seafood mix in boiling water and drain.


Step3


Combine all the ingredients for seasoning A in one bowl. Use the mozuku seaweed with its vinegr souce.


Step4


Boil spring noodle in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and drain in a colander when soft. Drain well and add to 3. Then add 1 and 2 and mix well.


Step5


Place in a bowl and cover with celery leaves and sesame seeds.
