Wakame salad Sushi rolls

Ingredients
150g cooked rice
21g pre-made sweet vinegar
some wakame salad flavored with sesame chili oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cooked rice and pre-made sweet vingear to make your base rice.
Step2
Place a sheet of nori on a piece of plastic wrap, open the nori 2 cm from the edge, and place the sushi rice on the nori so that there is no space between the rice and the plastic wrap.
*Instead of plastic wrap, you can use a bamboo rolling mat or a cookie sheet.
Step3
Place the wakame salad on top of the sushi rice, and roll it up so that the sushi rice in front of you and the rice at the back of the sushi rice are attached to each other. Leave until the rice and nori are well blended.
Step4
Cut into desired size while keeping the wrap on.
Wipe the knife with a wet cloth while cutting for a clean cut.
